Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Nummy Blend and may only be used for authorized promotional purposes. ## 8. Termination Nummy Blend reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller privileges at any time if a reseller violates these terms, engages in fraudulent or unethical business practices, or acts in a manner that may harm the reputation of the company. ## 10.
